Answer:Our hair is virgin human hair ,if customers can use carefully(clean and condition the hair regularly),then can use at least 6-18 months.
Question 3: Will the hair shedding or tangling ?
Answer:All hair have been professional processed and highly cleaned,your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being dryness,oil & dirt build-up, salt-water chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out Ur hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week,twice a week is better.use hydrating drops or consult Ur stylist for more help.
Question 4:What toiletries should customers use when washing the hair?
Answer:Choose dry and clean shampoo products as much as possible. Be sure to thoroughly wash your hair and excess foam.Choose moisturizing and nutritious hair care products to allow the hair to fully absorb. It will make the hair healthier and easier to take care of, prolonging it.
Question 5:How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
Answer:Normally, we will ship within 24 hours after receiving payment. We will delivery it out via DHL express, which will take 2 or 3 days to USA, 3 or 4 days in UK or other country.
Question 6:Can i dye / color the hair ?
Answer:Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade.virgin hair extension in competitive price. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the virgin hair . Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want.
